Q2. How can I get a sample? Is it free? What's the sample lead-time?
If you just need a blank sample to check the design and quality, we will provide you sample for free as long as you afford the express freight. For the sample with your logo, we charge both sample cost and freight. It takes us about 5-10 days to finish the sample, depending on different designs.

Yes, we have rich experience in OEM and ODM service.
Q4. How do you control the product quality?
We have a professional QA (quality assurance) system along with online and offline QC respectively for incoming material control, production control, and packing control. All quality control processes ensure our products maintain high quality standards and are delivered on time.
Q5. What is your payment term?
We accept payment via Trade Assurance, T/T, PayPal, L/C, and Western Union. Our terms are 30% advance payment and 70% balance payment before shipping.
Q6. How long is the production cycle for sample and mass production manufacture?
It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Typically, it takes 5-10 days for a customized sample and 20-40 days for mass production (based on 10,000 pcs).
