We are a factory. We have 2 factories.
Q2.What is the production lead time?
If you can order directly, it is usually within 7 days. The delivery is 20-30 days for customized samples, and 30-45 days for bulk production.
Q3.Can I put my logo on the items? Can I customize the package?
Sure, we can do embroidery, printing, embossed, and various kinds of logos. We can also provide customized packaging like boxes, PP bags with color card inserts, or any customized design.
Q4.What is your payment term?
If you can order directly, you may pay online. We also accept T/T and PayPal. The payment terms are a 50% advance payment and a 50% balance before shipping.
Q5.What is your shipping method?
We can work with clients' forwarders for FCA terms or arrange shipping for clients, including express door-to-door, air freight, and sea freight. The shipping price will be quoted separately.
Q6.How long is the shipping transit time?
EXPRESS: 3-7 days | AIR FREIGHT: 7-15 days | SEA FREIGHT: 30-60 days
